Engineering and life cycle

We deliver a sustainable system, not just equipment.

Equipment and materials are selected for project conditions from internationally established manufacturers and verifiable technical standards; manufacturing and factory acceptance checks are documented.

01

Regulation-aware engineering

For wastewater projects within scope, engineering documentation is developed with the applicable Turkish Ministry Circular No. 2018/14 and current technical criteria in view.

02

From small to large scale

Capacity is engineered around analysis, flow, load and site conditions, from small facilities to municipal, industrial-zone and large industrial plants.

03

Turnkey delivery

Process design, equipment selection, manufacturing, automation, installation, commissioning and operator guidance can be delivered under one project scope.

04

Continuous technical support

Warranty, preventive maintenance, repair, spare parts, consumables planning and process-performance support are addressed throughout the system life cycle.

Ultrafiltration is a strong membrane barrier when downstream processes need better protection or treated water is being prepared for reuse. It can operate as a standalone stage or as dependable pretreatment ahead of reverse osmosis.

Design considers feed-water analysis, variations in turbidity and suspended solids, target flow, operating hours, recovery and cleaning strategy. Modular systems can be configured for small, medium and large industrial or infrastructure flows in skid-mounted or project-specific layouts.

WaterMill selects membrane modules, pumps, valves, blowers, instrumentation and automation equipment for the project from internationally established manufacturers. Engineering, manufacturing, factory checks, installation, commissioning and operator guidance can be delivered as a turnkey scope, followed by warranty, maintenance, repair and continuous technical support.

FAQ

Can it be used before reverse osmosis?

It can be evaluated as pretreatment under suitable feed-water conditions.

What capacities can an ultrafiltration system cover?

Module count, hydraulic design and the operating sequence are configured for small, medium and large flows on a project-specific basis.

Can the system operate automatically?

Yes. Filtration, backwash, air-assisted cleaning and chemical cleaning stages can be included in the automation scope.

Is maintenance and technical support available?

Technical support covers warranty, preventive maintenance, membrane-performance monitoring, repair, spare parts and consumables planning.
