Every facility is different. Even two factories in the same sector may have very different water sources, operating patterns and day-to-day requirements. We begin with analysis, site conditions and the right questions rather than a ready-made product list.
WaterMill develops solutions for utility water, process water, wastewater and seawater treatment. Our goal is not simply a system that works on commissioning day, but one your team can manage with confidence over time.
From small facilities and communities to medium-sized production sites, municipalities, industrial zones and large industrial investments, capacity is determined by analysis, flow, pollutant load, target water quality and site conditions. Process design, project documentation, manufacturing, automation, installation, commissioning and operator guidance can be delivered under a single turnkey scope.
For wastewater projects within scope in Türkiye, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Circular No. 2018/14 on wastewater treatment and deep-sea discharge facility project approval, together with applicable technical regulations, is considered during engineering. Final approval remains subject to the competent authority's assessment; WaterMill treats calculations and project documentation as an engineering package prepared for that review.
Pumps, blowers, membranes, valves, instrumentation, automation and other principal equipment are selected for the project from internationally established manufacturers and technical standards. Manufacturing control, factory acceptance, material suitability and maintenance access are evaluated together for dependable operation throughout the system life cycle.
Commissioning is not the end of delivery. Technical support covers warranty, preventive maintenance, repair, spare parts and consumables planning, process-performance monitoring and, where required, capacity or automation improvements.
We explain technical decisions clearly and publish product, project and reference information after checking the source. Trust comes from good engineering and from presenting the facts as they are.
Manufacturing and factory acceptance
Mechanical layout, membrane housings, vessels, piping, valve assemblies, instrumentation and automation components are reviewed against the project scope before shipment. This archive selection shows real equipment during manufacturing inspection and factory acceptance.

2004

2007
A 4 × 150 m³/hour containerized treatment plant developed for Istanbul demonstrated that transportable systems can also serve high-flow field requirements.
2008
Seawater treatment and containerized solutions were added to the portfolio through applications in Turkmenistan, expanding WaterMill’s ability to adapt processes to the source water.
2012
Solutions expanded from biological packaged systems and chemical treatment to slaughterhouse, food-industry and hydropower tunnel-water applications.
2015–2017
Targeted drinking-water applications such as arsenic and iron-manganese removal brought analysis-led process selection beyond standard treatment.
2018
High-capacity reverse-osmosis applications for drinking and process water combined site infrastructure, pretreatment and membrane management within one engineering approach.
2023
At the ASELSAN Gölbaşı campus, chemical and biological treatment stages were considered together, making WaterMill’s process-integration experience visible.
2025–2026
The containerized reverse-osmosis plant developed for the Les Sucreries sugar factory is a current example of WaterMill engineering becoming an international industrial field application.
